Shuttles
This module allows clients to administrate Shuttle services efficiently by reducing the amount of free seats per vehicle.
Employees may reserve a Shuttle on-line 24 hours a day. They may also add or delete reservations so that free seats may be disposed of by other fellow employees or simply adjust the size of the vehicle to optimize company costs and time.
Main functions of the module:
- Additions, deletions and modification of users: the list of employees shall remain updated to allow proper use of the system.
- Weekly reports of enrollments: a weekly report shall be delivered to both the company and the supplier containing the enrollments for the coming week.
- Interconnection with the supplier: the supplier shall be provided with a username and a pass code to confirm the number of attendees and absentees per vehicle.
- Weekly reports of attendance: the company shall be delivered a weekly attendance report by the supplier.
- Waiting list: they shall be kept both for internal and external users according to the vehicles availability.
- Penalties: they shall apply to users who have failed to make a deletion when cancelling the service.
- Rerouting of ways bearing in mind the geographical distribution of employees: we propose new routes ( or complete redesign of current routes) based on the geographical distribution of the employees.
Proper use of this module avoids inefficient hiring of Shuttle services:
- Avoidance of overbooking and under booking through the implementation of dynamic waiting lists.
- Optimization of routes through the analysis of the demand for sites.
- Reduction of costs through the adjustment of vehicles to the actual need.
- Delivery of reports in real time for control purposes.
