FMC Argentina, a worldwide leader in dialysis services, contacted Viapool with the intention to improve the administration of the nationwide mobility service provided to all its patients. The administration includes more than 80 customer care centres distributed in 16 provinces.

After conducting a thorough survey and developing specific modules oriented to our client operations, we started the implementation of an integral mobility module aligned with the global quality standards of the company focused on the mobility of all its patients in Argentina. The objective is to improve the quality of the services provided to their patients regarding their removal and relocation.
