Due to strategic reasons, SAP decided to gather the premises located in the Northern area of Buenos Aires into one. As part of a benefit's program for employees, SAP implemented the provision of transportation services from various points in the city of Buenos Aires as well as surrounding areas to help them commute more effectively.

SAP hired Viapool services to analyze the demographic distribution of its employees so as to identify better routes and vehicle stops. Once the analysis was terminated, it hired the implementation of a reservation system to administrate shuttle services. In addition, SAP hired the service of the administration of the webpage, help-desk, claims and negotiation with bus suppliers for the benefit of all its employees.
