We developed an integral mobility strategy for Unilever Argentina when the company decided to move its corporate premises to the northern area of Buenos Aires. We provided the services of Shuttles, parking lots and carpooling to focus on the organization of specific and dynamic groups as well as reduction of costs and environmental impact.

Upon completion of the relocation process, we proceeded with the implementation of an on-line module to allow employees dispose of taxis, private cars and messenger service. This module allowed a thorough control of the service including the delivery of reports per employee, business untis, cost centers, management or supplier.
